From the origin, at the end of 1987, this led PRODHAG Plastiques to implement
the structure of a Security Approach.

Prevention contract with CRAM :
After studies and analysis, a Prevention Contract was set
up with CRAM.
It allows to modify and improve the production conditions
on different aspects :
- reduction of noise by the soundproofing of grinding posts,
- dust collecting thanks to a centralized aspiration system,
- improvement of the ergonomics of the posts to get round
TMS,
- better prehension of the materials thanks to the tilting
lifting tables,
- removal of material projections and vibrations.
So grinding, which is a difficult job, takes another dimension.
