Production :
Grinding lines : grinders with a power of 25 CV to 200 CV
allowing granulometries of 300 µ to 25 mn.
The machines are regularly renewed, which allows the transformation
and recycling of materials with different shapes, volumes
and weight.
Peripherals of siftings, dedusting, sieving, blending, homogenization
allowing to customize the products.
Another complete grinding line is improved each year.

Computer solution
:
PRODHAG uses LOUXOR software, especially adapted to its activity. It is a true management tool,
allowing to follow, in real time, the different stocks: raw material, in-progress and finished products.

Stock of
metallic boxes :
According to your needs, PRODHAG puts at your disposal its
own standardized metallic containers, which optimizes the
costs of transport, logistics, and the selective packaging
of the various references of materials to recover.
For the time being, PRODHAG totals
16 000 standardized metallic containers. |

Weighing :
PRODHAG is equipped with electronic bridges rockers allowing
sure weighings by shares of materials arriving.
The same means ensure the weighing of grinded materials. The
whole system suits for commercial transactions. |

Loading
docks :
The buildings have four loading docks, equipped with docks
graders allowing quick handlings. |

Receptions
and shippings :
PRODHAG has a fleet of forklifts which optimizes handling.

Logistics
and transport :
Thanks to a proven partnership since 1991 with DUCARROZ transports,
PRODHAG offers you services associated with the transport
of your grinded materials, with the delivery of the empty
and folded boxes, and the grinded materials that you reuse
in the original application.
On average, we stock 1 500 tons of plastics on our site.
We daily send everywhere in Europe, and several times a month
in the south east of Asia.

Maintenance
:
In order to be reactive, the sharpening of our knives, the
maintenance of our production lines and of our metallic boxes
are under our control.
PRODHAG is proactive. Thanks to our R&D department, we
design and improve the peripheral equipments to fit our products
to your requirements.
