Traceabilty of plastic is a key point for Prodhag. This traceability allows to follow the products closely ans ensure High Quality Productions, throughout the plastic recycling process.

Traceability of plastic is possible thanks to the Louxor software (ERP).
This traceability begins with receipt and continues during all the production process until the dispatch of finished products.

Each package of plastic is identifified at receipt thanks to metallic boxes labelled with a unique number.

The kind of material is associated to each metallic box at receipt and the same for the weight in order to create a unique lot number. This number allows to follow the traceability of the plastic.

Data are integrated in the Louxor data base and are used for the traceability of plastic materials throughout the process: grinding, selection, repacking, micronization, granulating, dusting, homogenisation, de-metallization, de-magnetization,...

Identification of each finished product is characterized by a unique number allowing to assign a kind of plastic and a weight.
Each "big bag" is weighed on electronic bridges rockers which are certified for commercial transactions.
